About the Brand Package
What does 'fixed scope' actually mean?+
We agree on a deliverable list during the kickoff (e.g. logo, 1 menu, 4 packaging items, 6 social templates). The price is locked, the timeline is locked, and you get up to 2 revision rounds per deliverable to land it.
What if I need more deliverables mid-project?+
We add them as a clearly priced extra so the timeline and quality don't slip. No surprise invoices.
Does this cover the actual cost of printing?+
Design and print-ready files are included. Physical print runs (menus, packaging, signage) are billed at cost through our print partners across SG and AU — we coordinate, you only pay the printer.
What if I want a website too?+
