How does pricing work?+
Each package is a one-off, fixed-price project — not a subscription. Scope, deliverables, and timeline are agreed during the discovery call before you commit, so the price is locked from day one.
Is there a deposit?+
Yes — 50% to kick off, 50% on launch. For Multi-Outlet Package we structure into three milestone payments.
What about print costs?+
Design and production-ready files are included. Actual print runs (paper, packaging, signage) are billed at cost through our print partners across SG and AU — we coordinate, you only pay the printer.
What if my scope changes mid-project?+
Anything beyond the agreed scope is added as a clearly priced extra so the timeline and quality stay protected. No surprise invoices.
Can I commission follow-on work?+
Yes — most clients move into a smaller follow-on package (campaign work, new outlets, seasonal updates) after launch. We scope each follow-on as its own fixed-price project.
