About the Custom Package
How is this different from Refresh or Launch?+
Refresh and Launch are fixed bundles at fixed prices. Custom is for when you only need part of one — or pieces of both, or something beyond either. We build the scope around your actual needs instead of asking you to fit ours.
Is there a minimum project size?+
We typically work on engagements from SGD 2,000 upwards. Smaller one-off asks (a single menu, a single landing page) we'll point you toward a partner we trust.
How quickly can you quote?+
Most custom scopes are quoted within 2–3 working days of the intro call. Larger or more complex scopes may take a week to scope properly.
Can I start small and add scope later?+
Yes — many clients stage work across phases. We scope each phase as its own fixed-price package so you're never locked in beyond what's quoted.
