About the Print Package
What does 'fixed scope' actually mean?+
We agree a deliverable list during kickoff (e.g. 1 menu, 4 packaging items, 2 posters). The price and timeline are locked, with up to 2 revision rounds per deliverable.
What if I don't have brand guidelines?+
We can work from whatever assets you have — logo files, an existing menu, photos. If your brand itself needs work, the Refresh Package is the better fit and we'll say so up front.
Does this cover the actual cost of printing?+
Design and print-ready files are included. Physical print runs are billed at cost through our print partners across SG and AU — we coordinate, you only pay the printer.
